**A waiver is REQUIRED for ALL jumpers. Jumpers under 18 years of age must have their parent/legal guardian complete the waiver before they jump. Please click the link to print the waiver. Bring the signed waiver to EZ Air, you only need to fill out the waiver once, it will be stored in our system.
